He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitch Combs and Sylva Combs (Lockard); and his brother Ron Combs. He is survived by: his wife Kathy M. Waldowski; his children, Richard Combs (Dian Chen) of Thailand and Jennifer Gardner (Scott) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Caleb and Amelia; and his siblings, Dwayne Combs (Shari) and Sandra Combs of Lapeer.
