He is survived by: his children, Brandon Failing (Brittney), Somer Failing (Kyle), Spencer Failing (Natalie), Holly Potter, Gage Stafford and Tim Whyte; his brother Daniel Failing; and his grandchildren, Savanna, Levi, Cassie and Adonis.
