With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Carol Groat of Columbiaville, Michigan, born in Marlette, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2024 at the age of 78. Though Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joyce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Davies and Marie Davies; her sisters, Joan Crittenden and Nancy Knox; and her great grandchild Leland Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Tracey Schultz (Kevin), Richard Groat Jr. (Amy) and Pamela Holder (RJ).
