He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Duncan and Helen Duncan (Keller); his wife Anna Duncan; his sons, Herman Duncan, Jr. and Steven Duncan; and his siblings, Alma Lou Highsmith and David Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Cory Blake (Rick) of Flint and Tina Myers (Todd) of Fostoria; his grandsons, Ken, Greg Duncan (Suzette) of Florida and Eric Duncan of Columbiaville; and his brother Bill Duncan of Atlanta, MI.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Dance Co., St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Red Cross.
