It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Evelyn Carpenter of Columbiaville, Michigan, born in Lapeer, Michigan, who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bird and Evelyn Bird (Eckel); her husband Bob Carpenter; and her siblings, John Bird and Laurie Lamb.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Carpenter (Liz) of Oakland County, Don Carpenter of Lapeer County and Bob Carpenter (Debbie) of Macomb County; her grandchildren, Andria, Tyler, Kaylie, Taylor, Skylar, Kyron and Kalaya; and her brother Lynn Bird (Sharon) of Tawas. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
