He was predeceased by: his son James; and his siblings, Gale, Douglas, Jack, Thomas, William, Eleanor, Evelyn and Leanore.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean; his children, Lori Baker (Leif), Mike Evers and Timothy Evers; his grandchildren, Justin, Chris, Seth, Megan, Brandon and Kirsten; his great grandchild Aiden; and his sister Shirley Henderson (Warren). He is also survived by husband, beloved father, and loving grandfather and great-grandfather.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Garnet can be made to the American Legion, Habitat for Humanity, or Hospice.
