He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Harrington and Dorthea Harrington (Pomaville); his son Scott Harrington; his granddaughter Krista Harrington; and his siblings, Fern Kerin, Ruth Reeder and Karl Harrington.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Harrington; and his children, Ray Harrington II (Rhonda) of Waterford, Brian Harrington (Krysti) of Waterford, Shea Harrington of Fenton and Ashley Harrington of Columbiaville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
