She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Forquer and Charlotte Forquer; her husband Paul Geller; her daughter Shelley Duckett; and her siblings, Tracy Forquer, Laura Bell and David Forquer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Adams (Henry) and Rebecca Knight (Shane); her sisters, Jacqueline Horn (Bill), Margaret Sergent (Ralph), Kimberly Revilla and Patricia Forquer; and her grandchildren, Jamie Adams, Zach Adams (Kristine Miller), Brittany Gerry (Brad), Amie, Chelsey Ceaser, Lindsey, Ryan Knight, Kevin, Kayla and Eric Gorman.
