She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter VanAken and Helen VanAken (VanVorst); and her sister Mary Jane Barnes. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Miller of Colon; her children, Karla Ball (Jason Blue) of Union City, Ryan Eaton of Colon, A. J. Miller (Tiffiny), Joshua Miller (Amanda) of Kinderhook, Patrick Miller (Melissa) of Coldwater, Quinton Miller of Coldwater and Adam Miller of Coldwater; her brother Jim VanAken (Sharon) of Bronson; her grandson Karson Blue; and her nieces and nephews, Deborah Myers (Clayton), Tim Barnes (Megan), Dawn VanAken, Troy VanAken and Jason VanAken. She is also survived by 19 other grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dutcher Funeral Home - Bronson (321 E Chicago St, Bronson, MI 49028). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the family.
