He is survived by: his daughters, Angela "Angi" Glaze (Matthew) and Heather Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Austin Alvarez, River Jackson, Aubriana Jackson, Noah Hutchinson, Hunter Hutchinson, Kelsey Hutchinson and Ethan Adams; and his siblings, Karen Tillison (Johnny) and Bobby Slemp (Donna).
