Sandra K. Miller Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra K. Miller of Colon, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Burke and Lucille Burke (McKean); and her husband Verlan G. Miller. She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Miller of Colon and Colleen Saxman (Michael) of Colon; her grandchildren, Rachel Miller (Joshua Cole) of Las Vegas, NV, Andrew Miller of Ft. Wayne, IN, Anthony Saxman (Ashlynn Lambright) of Colon and Abby Saxman of Colon; her great grandchildren, Riley and Remi Cole of Las Vegas, NV; her sister Renee Brown (Todd) of Sturgis; and her niece Bethany Slovacek (Quinton).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schipper Funeral Home LTD. (308 S Blackstone Ave #9340, Colon, MI 49040). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colon United Methodist Church (224 N Blackstone Ave, Colon, MI 49040).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Colon United Methodist Church or the Colon Rescue Squad.
