He is survived by: his wife Linda Zlotkowski; his daughters, Dana Howe of Griffith, IN and Kristy Donley (Steve) of Griffith, IN; his grandchildren, Hailey Howe, Raegan and Jenna Donley; his brother Larry Zawistowski; and his nieces, Danielle and Sarah Zawistowski.
