It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Ziemkowski (Colon, Michigan), born in Calumet City, Illinois, who passed away on May 16, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha R. Ziemkowski (Kaczmarski) and Peter J. Ziemkowski; his wife Helen C. Skrobot; and his sister Dorothy Drowns (Bob). He is survived by: his children, Linda Malo (Thomas) of Alexandria, LA and Peter Ziemkowski (Amanda) of Portage, MI; his granddaughters, Nicole Futrell (Jesse), Abigail Ziemkowski and Andrea Ziemkowski; his great grandchild Olivia Futrell; and his sister Norma Snowdon.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made in memory of Pete to either the Colon American Legion Post 454, or the Colon Lions Club.
