He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Frisbie and Laura Frisbie (Sturges); and his son Tom Frisbie. He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Hagelgans of Edward's Catholic Church; his children, Elizabeth Barrington (Tim) of Colon, Charles Frisbie (Kathleen) of Gladwin, Steven Frisbie (Lorene) of Battle Creek, William Frisbie (Kristen) of Colon and Jean Kramb (Randy) of Three Rivers; his daughter-in-law Laura Frisbie of Three Rivers; and also Hugh Frisbie of San Diego, California..

In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial donations be made to the Colon Rescue Squad.
