It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene F. Smoker of Colon, Michigan, born in Bronson, Michigan, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hewitt Smoker and Verna Smoker (Koscielny); his former wife Bert Smoker; his siblings, John, Edwin, Daniel Smoker, Virginia Palczynski, Hattie Stevens, Delphine Kibiloski and Sylvia Herman; his sons, Donald and Joseph Smoker; his grandson Mickenzie Smoker; and his stepdaughter-in-law Lana Burch.

He is survived by: his wife Judy (Fifer); his children, Christine Cary (Dick) of Bronson, Joan Hurley (Dave) of Bronson, Lu Ann Nelson (Doug) of Adrian, Kevin "Spanky" Smoker of Bronson, Pam Miller (Dennis) of LaGrange, IN, Ken Smoker (Ann) of Coldwater and Mick Smoker of Bronson; his stepchildren, Deb Lane (Mark) of Coldwater and Jerry Burch of Coldwater; his grandchildren, Jennifer Zepke (Chris), Betsy Feinberg (Jeff), Lori Tabor (Eddie), Kristopher Hurley (April), Kelly Hurley (Thomas Hart), Dana Eisinger (Joel), Grant Nelson, Matthew Miller (Skye), Katelyn Yoder (Brett), Carlee Smoker (Sawyer Maddox), Brent Smoker, Emilee Smoker, Tyler Smoker (Darcy) and Brooke Kline (Mykal); and his stepgrandchildren, Danielle Duke, Dustin Corwin, Nick Burch and Corey Burch. He is also survived by 32 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren.
