He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kohloff and Lucile Kohloff (Gallagher). He is survived by: his sisters, Terri Klifman (Harv) of Alma, Sheila Monte (Rick) of Fishers and Janet Cordes (Tim) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
