She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Brotherwood and Bernice Brotherwood (Johnson); her son Dale L. Shook; her siblings, Tom, George Brotherwood and Jackie Wells; and her grandson Shawn Shook.
She is survived by: her husband Orville L. Shook of Colon; and her children, Jerry L. Shook (Karen) of Colon and Lorie Wattles (John) of Sherwood.
