He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond VanHorn and Florence VanHorn (Vaughn); and his daughters, Teresa VanHorn and Darlinda Swanson. He is survived by: his children, Timothy VanHorn of St. Petersburg, Fla., Michael VanHorn of Livonia, Mich, Rick Lambert of South Haven and Larry Lambert of Minneapolis, Minn; his siblings, Darlene VanHorn of Grand Rapids and Herman VanHorn of Benton Harbor; and his friends, Fred, Nancy Boyer and Bill Garfield. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
