He is survived by: his mother Nancy Horman (Jay) of Houston, TX; his children, Tracy Hickmott (Joseph Chan) of Ada, MI. and Kelly Barnard (Landon) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his sisters, Rhonda Epifani (Achille) of Houston, TX, Sandy Bakeman of Houston, TX and Kelly Jones of Stevensville; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Landon, JoJo, Rosalee and Letty.
