He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ravitch and Garnet Ravitch (Zuraval); and his brother Paul Ravitch. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ravitch; his children, Anastacia Axtel (Mark), Abraham "Abe" Ravitch, Tammie O'Neal (Travis) and Jennie Ravitch; and his stepchildren, Donald "Jim" Meyer (Gretchen) and Thomas Meyer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
