We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2022, at the age of 77, Richard Eugene Parks of Coloma, Michigan, born in Benton Harbor, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parks and Mary Parks (Clauss); his wife Carol Mutz; and his brothers, Tommy and Everett Parks.

He is survived by: his children, Jerry Parks (Shelley) and Wendy Tolbert (Rodney); and his sister Mary Ann Schmaltz. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

The family is requesting memorials be made to the VA Battle Creek Health Care, 5500 Armstrong Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49037.
