She was predeceased by: her husband John Pool; her parents, Oscar Chambers and Mildred Chambers; her sister Verna Sue Tucker (Chambers); and her nephew Andrew Chambers.
She is survived by: her brother Kenneth Chambers (Leslie); her son Corey Chambers (Melissa); and her granddaughters, Abigail, Emily and Isabelle Chambers.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that any donations be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
