She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Zubke and Lucille Zubke; her brother Barry; her husband Doug; her children, Brian Somers (Lindsey) and Laura Ginter (Jeff); her grandchildren, Addison Somers and Jack Ginter; and her pet Luca.

In lieu of flowers and to honor Norma for being a fierce supporter of women's rights and her love of animals, the family requests a donation be made in Norma's name to either Planned Parenthood or Al-Van Humane Society.
