He is survived by: his mother Yvonne Marguerite Noe; his siblings, Laura Noe, Paul Noe (Sally), Martha Aldana (Efren), Michael Noe (Jenefer) and Joshua Namon Noe; his children, Shannon Cramer (Steve), Joshua Michael Noe, Jeremiah Noe (Sabrina), Edward Noe (Kellie) and Elliana Noe; his grandchildren, Sydney Cramer, Mackenzie Cramer, Mia Gabriella Cassell, Alexis Taylor Noe, Haley Jade Noe, Breanna Noe, Megan Noe, Lauren Garner, Madison Wright, Makenna Wright, Braxton Noe, Wyatt Noe, Aubrey Noe and Jaxton Noe; and his great grandchild Jaedon Matthew Guerrero. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
