She is survived by: her stepfather Elmer Wendzel; her sons, Joshua Andres (Mary Gilliam) and Joel Andres (Jesicca Riche); her grandchildren, Quay, Zay, Cohen, Elle and Jude Everly Andres; her nieces, Sally Dupuie (Douglass) and Jackie Adams; her friends, Judy Phillipi and Lorretta Hutchins; her brothers, William "Bill" Smith (Julie) and James "Jim" Smith (Carolyn); her niece Cara; her nephews, Stephen, Jason and Cory; and her grandson Reid Adams.
Memorials may be made in Judy's memory to Rush University Medical Center, Well of Grace Ministries, or Trinity Lutheran Church.
