He is survived by: his grandson David; his wife Sylvia; his children, David Heisel, James Wilbur, Tom Sturgeon, Bert Wilbur, Scott Lee and Sara Wilbur; his daughter-in-law Candace Cummings; his siblings, Richard Hill, Jim Hill, Brett Hendrix, Kathy Hale and Sharon Lane; his nephew Xavier Rodriguez; and his close friends, Angel Vasquez, Matt Schelling, Tony Andujar, Skeeter Dillenbeck, Alfredo Rosas and Chris Robinson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
