He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winnifred Kellogg (Mickey) and Norman Kellogg; his wife Lynn Biasell Kellogg; his children, Kevin Laine Kellogg (Barbara), Katie Charlene O'Meara (Kevin), Winnifred Mary Maguire, Elizabeth Anne Kellogg (Beth), Amanda Lee Benjamin (John) and Matthew Peter Kellogg (John); and his siblings, Judy Richter (Dick) and Tom Kellogg. He was also cherished by daughters, many nieces, nephews & friends.
