She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Zielke and Patricia Zielke (Brooks); her former husband Robert Stohrer; her husband Frederick Munchow; and her brother Raymond Bujack.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Race (Steve) and Lois Rainwater (Brent); her stepsons, Fred Munchow (Sandi) and Jim Munchow (Donna); her grandchildren, Victoria Allen, Amanda Hastilow (Brett), William Allen Jr., Elizabeth McCormack (Kieran), Kristen Chatman, Matthew Race, James Munchow (Lauren), Katherine Hoyt (Andrew), Sarah Roberts (Phil), Jeffrey Munchow and Rebekkah Ausbury (Caleb); and her half-siblings, Shirley Lawrence and Steve Zielke. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Edith may be made to Salem Lutheran Church of which she was an active member, Hope Resources, Humane Society of Southwest Michigan, or the North Berrien Senior Center.
