He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Viola Musick (Jacobs). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carlisle; his children, Lisa Salisbury (Louie), Charles Musick (Holly) and Joseph Musick (Angel); and his grandchildren, Nate, John, Ben, Peyton, Preston, Paxton, Hadley, Colton and Bella.
