She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sipla and Donavie Sipla; and her grandfather Todd Sipla. She is survived by: her brothers, Doug and Brad; her cousins, Carol Reeves (Fred), Donna Schramm, Laurie Appel (Mike Zylo), David Smith, Donnell Smith and Evie DuVernay; and her nieces and nephews, Danielle Gage (Brian), Kevin Sipla (Courtney), Andrew Sipla, Ashley Sipla (Garrett VonBehren), Olivia Sipla, Cole Gage and Holden Gage.
