He was predeceased by: his parents, Margarito Velez and Genevieve Velez (Rocha); and his siblings, David Rocha, Mary Rosario, Lorenzo Rocha, Margaret Nieves and Joseph Velez.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Fleming; his children, Jennifer Robison (Jacob), Bryan Rocha (Heidi) and Robert Michael Rocha; his grandchildren, Shaelynne (Justin), Mitchell, Hunter, Rheannon, Celeste and Paris; his great grandchildren, Greyson and Carter; and his siblings, Guadalupe Ortiz, Rubin Velez and Erlinda Velez.
