He is survived by: his mother Kathy Hart (Schwab); his wife Adrianne Hart; his children, Larissa, Zachariah (Kaylee) and Brantley; his grandson Elliott Justin Hart; his sisters, Angela Brown and Natalie Hart; and his nieces, Zariah, Kylise and Na'loni.
