She was predeceased by: her parents, Burr Howland and Erma Howland (Swift); her husband Raymond W. Kosmerick, Jr.; and her sisters, Irene Mae Gest, Sharon Carpenter and Wilma Carr.
She is survived by: her friend Leslee Fee; her children, Scott Kosmerick (Donna Hall) of Coldwater and Sandra Chestnut (Andy) of Charleston, SC; her brothers, Jerry Carpenter of Bronson and Jerome (Vicki Kosmerick); her grandchildren, Zackary Kosmerick, Erika Hutchinson (Jay), Callie Chestnut and AJ Chestnut; and her great grandchild Sydney Sue Coss.
