She is survived by: her children, Richard Heath (Shelly Stevens) of Edwardsburg and Angela Lupica (Russell) of South Bend, IN; her siblings, Joseph Kujawa of New Buffalo, Larry Kujawa (Gretchen) of South Bend, IN and Vicky Dye (Robin Knapp) of Niles; her grandchildren, Michael, Paige, Richie Heath, Lacee Burrows and Donaven Brooks; and her great grandchild Isabella.
