He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Oxenham and Mary Oxenham (Rossiter). He is survived by: his siblings, George Oxenham (Jan) of Morrow, OH and Carol Oxenham of Fremont, MI; his nephews, Gregory Oxenham (Jeanna) and Jeffrey Oxenham; his great-nephews, Ben and Luke; and his great-niece Emma.
