She is survived by: her parent Melvin Garner; her spouse Jeffery Lynn Councell; her daughter Destiny Kneipper (Chad) of New Castle, Colorado; her mother Carol Kaltz of Coldwater; her siblings, Kellina Van Gaalen (Joshua) of Rifle, Colorado, Landon Garner of Los Angeles, Jared Garner of Orlando and Nicholas Garner of Rifle, Colorado; her nephew Derrick Foster of Denver, Colorado; and her great-niece Isabelle Foster. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
