She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Soules and Ethel B. Soules (Chaffee); her husband Charles Todd; and her siblings, Dorothy Mercer, Theodore Soules, Esther Slaton, Marie Rose, Albert Soules and Emery Soules.
She is survived by: her siblings, Clarence Soules (Jennie), Leslie Soules, Don Soules, Connie Holsinger (Cliff), Rose Cabinaw, Betty Wyman and Loretta Soules.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mason Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the Bronson Church of Christ, or a tree can be planted in memory of Ruth (Please see our website for tree planting details).
