He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Foley; his daughters, Tammy Sprague-Hardiman of Hammond and Teresa Sprague-Theard of Ponchatoula; his stepchildren, Robert Tremblay of Coldwater, Ryan Tremblay of Reading, Rebecca Tremblay of Coldwater and Russell Tremblay of Coldwater; and his siblings, Linda Miller (Rene) of Homer, Julie Sprague of Athens and Ken "Bimbo" Sprague of Concord. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Parkinson's Foundation or a Veteran's charity of one's choice.
