He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Martin and Alice Martin (Burch); his stepson Randy Counterman; and his grandson Randy Counterman, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Martin (Trusty) of Coldwater; his stepsons, Steven Counterman (Lisa) of Jonesville and Matthew Counterman (Sarah) of Coldwater; and his friend Gary Reel of Fresno, CA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
