He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert C. Foster and Ruth Foster (Adams); his parent-in-law Beaulah Neely; his sons, Rob Foster of Coldwater and Rich Foster (Lori) of Powell, OH; his sister Carolyn Crabill of Fremont, IN; his grandchildren, Sam, Pete, Derrick, Beau, Quinn and Ty Foster; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Lila, Charlotte and Cora Foster (Judy Green).
