Rita Mae Traxler Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2024, at the age of 80, Rita Mae Traxler of Coldwater, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Taber and Margaret Taber (Otto); her former husband Ronald Traxler; her husband Arthur Snyder; and her grandson-in-law Gregory McLaughlin.

She is survived by: her children, Annette Smitley (Michael) of Athens, LouAnn Payne (Heather) of Camden, Tina Scheidler (Dennis) of Coldwater, Jill Becks (Al Wilson) of Cambria and Ronald Traxler Jr. (Penny) of Reading; and her siblings, Bonnie Case of Coldwater and John Taber (Laurie). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and her loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
