He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Teresa Cuthbert (Jim), Trudie Truman and Tim VanDyke (Lisa); his grandchildren, Eric Cuthbert, Tara Ames (Steve), Torrie, Travis Truman, Hallie and Hayden VanDyke; his great grandchildren, Carter and Addison Ames; and his sister-in-law Marge VanDyke.
