He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar O. Blair and Katherine M. Blair (Starbuck); his daughter Michelle Blair; his siblings, Willie Blair, Gerald Blair and Rosemary Paul; and the mother of his children Annis M. Blair (Risner).
He is survived by: his children, Pam Sexton (Doug) of Bronson, Steven Blair (Cheryl) of Coldwater and Kyle Blair of Colon; his siblings, Sharon Young of Coldwater, Harley Blair (Sharon) of Quincy, Dennis Blair of Union City and Loren Eugene Blair of California; and his great great grandchild Wonetta Roeser of Coldwater. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the humane society of the donor's choice.
