He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Kelly and Hazel Kelly (Easterly); his wife Norma Dalrymple; and his siblings, Betty, Mariellen, James, Nathan Dale, Asa Jr. and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Kelly (Deborah) of Pinehurst, NC and Kathy Kelly (David Roggeman) of North Royalton, OH; his siblings, Dr. Larry Kelly of Saginaw and Dorothy Kempker of Grand Rapids; and his grandchildren, Connor Kelly, Collin Kelly, Christopher Kelly, Joel Roggeman and Klaire Roggeman (Jeremy Horvath).
Memorial contributions in the name of Lowell may be directed to the Humane Society of Branch County or to the Commission on Aging.
