He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Woodard and Elizabeth Woodard (Bailey); his brother Tom Woodard; and his daughter Kelly Sue Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Woodard (Dow) of Coldwater; his daughters, Tiffany Rocho of Battle Creek and Jill Sajtar (Paul) of Battle Creek; his granddaughter Shevy Sawyer (Austin); his brothers, Virgil Woodard (Marcia), Ron Woodard (Karen) of Hillsdale and Bruce Woodard (Lori Bottoms); and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Woodard of Hillsdale and Rose Marie Casey (Snyder) of Marshall.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (102 Bishop Ave, Coldwater, MI 49036). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
