She is survived by: her children, Christina LaVergne (David Carus) of Kalamazoo, Mary Rose (Kevin Mullen) of Kalamazoo and Gregory Parks (Catherine Mertz) of Coldwater; her grandchildren, James, Aliyah, Alexander and Andrew; and her pet Callie.
