He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Fraser and Clara Fraser (Birtles); his wife Joyce E. Luce; his children, Bryan Fraser (Nancy) of Coldwater and Becky Traskos (Jeff) of Coldwater; his sister Julie Hurley (Jim) of Union City; his grandchildren, Jonathan Fraser, Taylor Fraser (Kaite), Cody Kosmerick (Jennifer), Cheyenne Miller (Matt) and Kyli Traskos; his great grandchildren, Quinten, Madilynn, Leo Kosmerick, Braelyn, Harper Jo Miller, Blaine and Ava Fraser; his close friend Judy Tyler of Coldwater; and his sister Barbara Mathews.
