He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Wallen, Jr. (Brenda) of Quincy, Shirley Wallen of Texas, Brenda Luttrell (Ronnie) of Pembroke, Donna Wallen of Cadiz, Kentucky and Howard Wallen (Christina) of Sevierville, Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
