He is survived by: his parents, Joyce Borkowski (Drake) and Robert O'Neill, Jr.; his grandfathers, Charles Evans, Sr. (Dorothy) and Robert (Marjorie); his siblings, Thomas and Kelly; his aunt LaRue Evans; and his uncle Pheolian Evans. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
