He was predeceased by: his brother Patrick Shackelford. He is survived by: his parents, Chris Shackelford of Angola and Carol Ryan (Pangborn) of Marshall; his wife Brandy Shackelford; his daughter Kylie Sattler of Coldwater; his stepchildren, Shea Carter and Brandon Mobley of Coldwater; his grandchild Braea "Boo" Chehowski of Coldwater; and his siblings, Derek Razkowic (Laura) of Marshall, C. J. and Tashya Shaffer of Quincy. He is also survived by his in-laws, the Mobley family; many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

The family is accepting donations to help with final expenses.
